We’re on the hunt for a brilliant Business Development Executive to join the team at The Lake District Calvert Trust.
At Calvert Lakes, our residential centre above Bassenthwaite and Calvert Stables, we believe The Lakes should be accessible to everyone. Our residential breaks enable people with a range of disabilities experience the Lake District in a safe and supportive way. This is a rare opportunity to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team, the successful candidate will work under the direction of the Income Generation Manager to develop the Sales and Marketing strategy, exploring new markets and creating long lasting client relationships.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate that you are a motivated team player who is able to effectively communicate and build effective customer relationships. You will need to be IT literate and have experience in updating webpages and communicating on social media. You will be required to maintain database, analyse data and produce key performance indicators, and use the information to inform your sales strategy.
You will be required to undertake database entry, proactively follow up on booking enquiries, and maintain pipeline records. You will need to be IT literate and have experience in updating webpages and communicating on social media

Job Type: Part time (Up to 30 hours per week), Permanent. We are open to a discussion on flexible and part time hours
Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per annum (subject to knowledge, skills & experience)
