Midweek Activity Breaks for Young Adults
Our midweek multi-activity breaks for young people offer inclusive, fully supported outdoor experiences for young adults aged 16-25, alongside their parents or carers. Aimed at school-leavers with disabilities, these stays offer a fantastic opportunity for young people to try new activities, meet other young people and build confidence in their own abilities.
These breaks give our guests the chance to explore and connect at a pace that works for you. Whether your focus is experiencing the outdoors, learning new skills, improving communication or simply enjoying time away, our friendly, expert staff adapt activities to suit everybody.
All accommodation, activities and communal areas are fully accessible, and our team has extensive experience supporting a wide range of physical, sensory, genetic and learning disabilities. From adventurous outdoor activities to more gentle nature-based experiences, every course is delivered with care, creativity, respect and a smile!
Our midweek activity breaks create lasting memories and the chance for young people to grow together in one of the UK’s most inspiring landscapes.
