Fun, inclusive and supportive
Kids’ Riding Club sessions at our RDA stables provide a fun, inclusive, and supportive introduction to horse riding and horse care. Designed for children of all abilities, including those with additional needs, these sessions focus on building confidence, coordination, and independence through structured, enjoyable activities both on and off the horse.
Under the guidance of our trained instructors and dedicated volunteers, children learn key riding skills such as balance, steering, and control, while also taking part in hands-on pony care like grooming and tacking up. Sessions are tailored to each rider’s individual needs, ensuring everyone can progress at their own pace in a safe and encouraging environment.
Beyond riding, Kids’ Club sessions help develop communication, social skills, and a sense of achievement. We ensure a strong emphasis on enjoyment and wellbeing, helping children build confidence and create lasting connections with horses.
Kids’ Club riding sessions are usually held across weekends and school holidays and are perfect for locals and visitors to the area alike.
