Calvert Stables is excited to launch the British Horse Society Horse Owners Course for Adults. This welcoming, hands‑on programme is designed for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of horses. We’re passionate about promoting excellent horse welfare, and our BHS‑qualified instructors bring a wealth of experience to every session. You don’t need to own a horse to take part, and you’re welcome to join individual sessions or enjoy a discounted rate by booking all six. Across six evenings, you’ll explore essential topics including yard safety, equine behaviour, health and nutrition, grooming, anatomy, identification, and tack. Those completing the full course will receive booklets and a certificate recognising their achievement.
