Tony splits his time between Stockport and Dacre and enjoys running, hiking and cycling. He also spends plenty of time on the fells and is a volunteer Lengthsman with Fix the Fells.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY and enjoyed working for three years in their Toronto office in Canada. He then joined AstraZeneca where he undertook a number of roles across Finance and Manufacturing during a 21 year career with them. After leaving AstraZeneca he has enjoyed a number of consulting role with a diverse range of companies including Appleby Creamery, Deloitte, TalkTalk and NCC Group. Recently he was deputy CFO at JustEat, based in London when he became an expert on the West Coast train line between London Euston and Penrith.
