We’re on the hunt for brilliant Seasonal Activities Instructors to join the team at Calvert Lakes. From our residential centre just outside Keswick, we believe The Lakes should be accessible to everyone. Our residential breaks help people with a range of disabilities experience the Lake District in a safe and supportive way. Delivering a fun and fulfilling experience that makes a positive difference in their lives.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team on a seasonal basis. Successful candidates will be part of our instructional team delivering high quality adventurous activities to people with a wide range of physical, learning and sensory impairments.
You should have experience of, and ideally National Governing Body awards in, a range of activities including rock-climbing, hill-walking, paddlesports and sailing, experience of working in residential centres and an interest in working with people with disabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal (April – November 2025)
Salary: £23,700 – £27,950 (As per instructor pay scheme) Pro Rata
