The Big Give Superhero Challenge! 3rd -10th December 2024

We are looking for Calvert Superheroes!

Could you be part of our superhero take over and support our Big Give campaign between 3rd – 10th December? During the Big Give week every £1 donated to us is match funded and turns into £2 – how incredible is that?!

Here at the Lake District Calvert Trust, we enable children and adults with a range of disabilities to experience the outdoor adventure of the Lakes through our residential breaks. Big Give week will support our highly trained instructors who deliver the fun and fulfilling experiences that can be life changing. They are our very own superheroes.

So it’s time to flex your fundraising muscles, enable your special powers, swish your cape, and unleash your inner superhero!

Here’s some fundraising suggestions (all to be superhero themed of course!)
• The Calvert team will be holding their own sponsored Superhero Triathlon to kick off the week. How about your own version of a triathlon- as active or sedentary as you like ?
• A quiz, sweepstake, or skills auction
• Bake sale / baking competition
• Fancy dress to work day
• A sponsored challenge- whether it is pulling on your trainers, getting on your bike or simply eating as many mince pies as possible!
